Other ways to get involved

Here are 3 other ways you can help us grow the movement for mental health.

  1. Get social with us: Help us fill everyone’s social media feeds with notes of encouragement. Write a short post to help Inspire others to practice self-care and seek support.

  2. Be our guest [blogger]: Share what mental health means to you or which aspects of mental health advocacy you’re passionate about in a longer-form blog post.

  3. Share your story of strength: Do you know what it’s like to find strength in the face of mental health challenges? If so, we’d love to hear and share your story.
